Leapfrog MAXX PRO HIPS
Leapfrog MAXX PRO Hips is a soluble support which can be dissolved with D'Limonene. This material is excellent for printing with ABS since it has similar melting properties. With this filament, ABS objects with a lot of overhang and complexiticity can be printed without having to break away the support.
Leapfrog MAXX PRO Wood
Wood is a composite of PLA and wood and results in wood-like prints. Because of the large amount of wood fibers in the filament, prints will be lighter and more stiff than regular prints, and will also have a light wood scent when printed. It is non-flammable, non-toxic and biodegradable because of the PLA component made of corn. For the best result, print this filament flow and with a larger nozzle, to make wood-like prints and sand it to fool anyone.
Leapfrog MAXX PRO Hybrid
Leapfrog MAXX PRO Hybrid is very suitable for printing and will allow you to print faster with the same results compared to PLA. It's properties are between PLA and ABS, making it more durable that PLA, but without the downside of possible warping. It is non-toxic and meets FDA regulations for food contact, and has excellent chemical resistance. The end-product has a high clarity with a high-gloss.
Leapfrog MAXX PRO Carbon
Leapfrog MAXX PRO Carbon is a compound filament of Carbon (20%) and PET-G. The result is lighter, twice as stiff and increased resistance to heat and impact. It is easy and stable to print with almost no warping and has a matt surface finish. Because of the Carbon fibers in this filament, nozzles tend to wear faster.
Leapfrog MAXX PRO Flex
Leapfrog MAXX PRO Flex filament creates parts which stay flexible when finished! This materials had a high elasticity and the flexibility of your part can be controlled with more, or less infill. Dual printing this material with PLA (or other materials with similar melting temperatures) creates for a part that can be part flexible and part rigid. The bond between Leapfrog MAXX PRO Flex and Leapfrog MAXX PRO PLA is superb. Creating rubber wheels or mechanical grips or pinchers is all very real with this material.

Leapfrog MAXX PRO Nylon
Leapfrog MAXX PRO Nylon (PA12) is a strong, rigid material that can withstand much more pressure than ABS. The printing properties are better than ABS, although the bonding to the print bed is weaker. Nylon is most famous in it's textile form but nylon is also widely used for light, heavy duty parts like cog wheels or car parts.
Leapfrog MAXX PRO PET-G
Leapfrog MAXX PRO PET-G is a strong, weatherproof and recyclable material. It's adhesive property makes for durable parts, and a high level of transparency can be achieved using the translucent colours. PET, widely known from its use in plastic bottles, is known in multiple forms, where PETG is one of them. The chemical structure differs from PET, but the properties are nearly identical. PETG easy to print and available in a wide arrange of opaque and transparant colours.
Leapfrog MAXX Essentials ABS
Leapfrog MAXX Essentials ABS filament has the right properties making strong, high impact and durable prints. Printing ABS tends to be more difficult to print than PLA without an heated chamber, due to its higher melting temperature. ABS is widely used in products and toys, like car bumpers, house-hold appliances and Lego! It can be finished with an acetone vapour, which will make your parts look polished and smooth. It is available in a wide range of colours.
Leapfrog MAXX Essentials PLA
Leapfrog MAXX Essentials PLA filament is an all round, biodegradable material made of corn. It has a lower melting point than ABS which makes it more suitable for higher printing speeds. More detail can be achieved compared to ABS and the finish is overall smoother. It also has a reduced chance of splitting between separate layers and warping as opposed to ABS filament. It is available in a wide range of colours.
